 i went to run at the tracks today, which i haven't done in a while. i did about 2-3 miles. about half way through i started to feel my lungs getting wheezy and my legs getting sore. a through came to me, i told myself, remember this feeling, cuz you're not gonna feel it the same way again. i finished the run and left. the track was boring, it just kept going in circles.

best thing about the track is some tracks have a rubber like pavement which helps with shock on your knees and joints. Good job.
